Requirements & Skills:
- Ensure timely and smooth conducting of a banquet events.
- Allocate and distribute work among the banquet staff.
- Ensure that best practices and standards are met in delivering services to guests.
- Review banquet event orders with the banquet host, chef and other banquet staff.
- Be prepared well in advance for the upcoming events.
- Check for the last minute changes and instructions with the banquet host.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with the banquet staff regarding preparations.
- Good Communication ,Good Time Management & Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional Ability To Plan Banquet , Manage Budgets & Meet Deadlines
- Planning The Venue Layout According To The Number Of Guest & The Type Of Event.
- Determinig The Number Of Table Waiters & Servers Required.
- Answering Customers Questions & Accommodating Special Request.
