Requirements & Skills:

  • Ensure timely and smooth conducting of a banquet events.
  • Allocate and distribute work among the banquet staff.
  • Ensure that best practices and standards are met in delivering services to guests.
  • Review banquet event orders with the banquet host, chef and other banquet staff.
  • Be prepared well in advance for the upcoming events.
  • Check for the last minute changes and instructions with the banquet host.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings with the banquet staff regarding preparations.
  • Good Communication ,Good Time Management & Interpersonal Skills
  • Exceptional Ability To Plan Banquet , Manage Budgets & Meet Deadlines
  • Planning The Venue Layout According To The Number Of Guest & The Type Of Event.
  • Determinig The Number Of Table Waiters & Servers Required.
  • Answering Customers Questions & Accommodating Special Request.
  • Cool Tempered
  • Client Handling
  • Team Management
  • Contacting Potential & Existing Customer To Inform Them About Our Services
  • Punctuality
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
  • Promotion Of Our Facilities To New Existing Clients Through A Pro-Active Approach/Visits.
  • Be A One Point Of Contact & A Consulting To Guest From The First Call Till The Day Of The Event.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
