Well known restaurant in Roodepoort looking for a Restaurant Manager.
Manager Responsibilty:
- Opening & closing of store
- Daily cash up/Petty cash schedule
- Entering of daily stock invoices
- Stock count
- Beverage & Alcohol count
- Rostering of staff and managing staff hours and costs
- Store maintenance and hygiene
- Health and Safety
- Good knowledge of wines
- Knowledge of crockery and cutlery and counting
- Managing large groups

Must have:
- Drivers licence and car
- Must be flexible with working hours
- At least 3 years of work experience in the restaurant industry
- Must understand a POS system
- Must know excel and word
- Outgoing and friendly – good customer relation skills
