We are looking for a passionate HSEQ Administrator who will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.
With a pool of more than 9,200 seafarers and over 500 shore-based employees all over the world, Wilhelmsen Ship Management is one of world’s largest third-party ship managers with a portfolio of more than 450 vessels and counting.
The position will be located at Great World City - West Tower in the heart of Singapore and it is easy to get to by public transportation. This position will report to HSEQ Manager.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the documented as per the QA system
- Crew and shore personnel onboarding (familiarization with IRIS, OBP).Maintain statistics and generate periodic reports and trending for audit and inspection findings.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of new procedures in cooperation with other departments.
- Provide instruction/ training in the in-house use of related reporting system(s).
- Create monthly HSE reports and verify quality of statistics in Tableau.
- Assist in arranging shipboard external audits/inspections and office internal/external audits.
- Assist in monitoring the implementation and responses from vessels to various HSEQ/GHSEQ activities and initiatives.
- Assist in promulgation of lessons learned, industry updates, Flag and Port States news, rules and regulations.
- Assist with other work in the HSE Department as required.
- Keep HSE Manager duly apprised about high severity reports, non-compliance (NC) and negative trends and their causes.
- Monitor and coordinate timely close-out of these reports. Monitor quality and quantity of Incidents reported in DocMap
- Maintain Office Contingency Manual.
- Monitor quality and quantity of Meetings reported in DocMap. Monitor and coordinate timely close-out to actions resulted from these meetings.
- Assist in the upkeep of office technical library.
- Assist in preparation of investigation reports.
- Monitors and assist in arranging unannounced drug and alcohol testing onboard vessels.
