Job description
- Build and maintain good relationship with tenants/clients.
- Resolve all tenants questions, complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor for critical site issues and escalate appropriately.
- Communicate tenants requests and needs to provide trends internally.
- Provide positive tenant experience through communication on support network.
- Communicate to developer for CCT
- Assist inquiries of owners in connection with RPT and Association dues for payments
- Preparation of Contract; drafting and sending of Notices and other correspondence to Tenant (Renewal Notice, Bounced Checks, Non-renewals, etc.)
- Collection of Rental Fees and dealing with delinquent payments
- Coordination with Property Management Office, Utility Service Providers and Internal Departments with all request and concerns.
- Updating of unit status and owners payout
- Terminating leases and initiating eviction precedures, if necessary
- Onsite visit and inspection of units and inspection of vacated units
- In-charge with notices of renewals, move in and move out of clients
- Updating of Database
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Property Management or equivalent
- Competence in customer interaction, negotiation
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and detailed oriented
- Can handle Irate clients
- Solution-oriented and highly motivated.
- Technology driven and flexible
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Able to do field work and can work on-site
- Can start asap
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
