About the role
This is a fast-paced role, which will give you unrivalled exposure to the full scale of projects that the Customer Programme Delivery team manage – join us and see where a career at Vector can take you!

The Project Administrator is the backbone of our diverse and dynamic Customer Programme Delivery Team. You’ll provide specialist project administrative support and expertise for the delivery of projects within the team, and will be responsible for weekly and monthly accurate reporting, providing daily financial administration including creating purchase orders, customer invoices, credits, PO increases/decreases and financial closures of budgets.

Bring your attention to detail and ability to identify trends in data, and combine this with your eye for continuous improvement, proactively reviewing and recommending improvements with our systems and processes.

Who we are looking for

  • You’ll have previous coordination experience in a customer-focused environment. Existing projects experience is highly advantageous
  • With a strong reporting focus in this role, you’ll be highly analytical, comfortable not only working with data but thinking critically about its integrity
  • Ideally you will be familiar with such operational and reporting systems as SAP, Seibel, GIS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You’ll have great communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • You’ll be highly organised, adept at juggling multiple competing demands to deliver by fixed deadlines.
