Corrib Oil have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company, based in our Head Office, Parkmore, Galway, and are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator professional to join our Oil Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a household brand, who are going through a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and positive customer service by telephone, to attract sales and encourage business.
- Ensure that the day to day administration is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with manager, sales reps and drivers to dispatch deliveries accurately and on time.
- Processing oil orders and payments.
- General Customer Queries.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to achieve desired results.
- Knowledge of CODAS and CDH an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
- A Full Clean Driving License is required.
