Greystar has an immediate opening for a Community Manager to lead a team of 5-7 professionals at Sunela, upcoming luxury property in the Desert Ridge area.

Sunela is a 270+ unit mid-rise community pre-leasing this Fall 2023.

What your day might look like:

  • Manage daily operations of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals
  • Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
  • Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, and discounts
  • Supervises property staff to ensure leasing goals are met; this includes hiring, training and performance management
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property’s performance and responding to owner requests as needed

What we are looking for in a lease-up, Property Manager:

  • Previous property management experience is required, fee management preferred
  • Experienced at driving sales in competitive markets
  • Proficient leader, able to direct and evaluate team members in a sales environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software
  • Previous experience in creating/adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting
  • An understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Modern Message, and Hello Alfred
  • Skilled in planning and executing on resident retention strategies

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
