The position is responsible for supporting the operation and continuous improvement of the Office of Contiunuing Medical Education (CME) within the Office of Medical Education. The positon will work with the UCI School of Medicine departments and outside oragnizations to plan, organize and execute their CME accredited activities. The position will ensure that Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and UCI CME guidelines are adhered to in the management, oversight, and execution of processes related to these activities. The position will be responsible for corresponding with stakeholders and providing training/guidance on CME policies, CloudCME, and other related systems. This position will assit with internal conference management and may be required to work occasional weekends/evenings to support these events. The position may require occasional travel to support and/or attend conferences. Other tasks may be assigned, as needed.
