We are looking for you! We are looking for an Administrative to join our team.
You will be helping us on the following purposes:
Ensure the maintenance and good control of our database.
Archiving documents and keeping all reports up to date.
Support in invoicing and billing issues
Assist with all ordering and filing of CMRs and other documentation.
Support to the team.
What should be the ideal profile?
Higher Degree in Administration and/or Finance.
Additional training in the area of administration is desirable..
Office knowledge at user level, mainly Excel.
Hard-working and decisive person.
Attention to detail, teamplayer and flexibility
