About the role
The Program Manager - Leadership Development, supports the development of People Leader competencies and skills aligned to Our Commitments across our global business. You do it by managing 3 existing LD programs (Leadership Beginnings, Pioneer, ALC) and resources and content on the People Leader Hub, as well as by participating in the identification and development of new resources to meet the evolving needs of leadership audiences at S+N.
Responsibilities
- Audience management - works with the Business/HR/WorkDay and Learning Unlimited to establish and implement nominations for leadership programmes; manages attrition and absenteeism; communicates programme details/updates to the audience; keeps programme records.
- Programme development and improvement - partners with the Director of LD to identify opportunities for creating new programmes and resources and participates in the design/development process; continuously identifies areas of improvement for existing programmes and resources and implements proposed improvements.
- Programme delivery - partners with vendors and the Learning Unlimited team to develop and improve programme materials; partners with vendors and Learning Unlimited to create and improve programme portals; selects and prepares guest speakers; facilitates/co-facilitates some programme events.
- Management of LD resources on the People Leader Hub to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant to people leaders at S+N
- Evaluation of programme impact - defines evaluation criteria; creates and maintains data collection tools; solicits and analyses feedback; works with vendors and Learning Unlimited to prepare evaluation reports and share them with key stakeholders.
- Marketing of LD programmes and resources - produces communications in a variety of formats to market existing and new LD resources to respective audiences.

Coyol 2, Costa Rica or Poland.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in learning and development, education, or related field.
Preferred requirements
- 5-7 years in a similar role.
- Global experience is desired but not required.
