We are seeking a Mobility Products Team Lead to manage a team responsible for delivering a great range of products, including Boat, Trailer, Caravan, Veteran Vintage Classic Insurance products and Drive School.

In this newly created role you will bring your passion for developing people and executing brand engagement strategies and plans. You will also focus on improving each interaction, strengthening the bond between the RACV brand and our members and customers to deliver on our brand promise.

This is a Permanent full-time position; following successful completion of your training, we offer a hybrid work arrangement providing you with the ultimate work/life balance as you get to work from the comfort of home and our Noble Park office.

We’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Essential – minimum Year 12 and at least 3 years’ experience in an operational management capacity within a Contact Centre/Customer Service, managing a team of staff
  • Desirable – Previous experience in a similar role as is significant experience working in a phone-based customer service environment.
  • Desirable – Car enthusiast with strong knowledge in relation to vintage or hobby cars
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiating, conflict resolution and building strong and effective working relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to implement change management processes and influence culture.
