Our client in the Financial Services Sector is looking for an enthusiastic, tenacious and solutions driven Learning and Development Consultant to join their team for a 3 months Fixed-term Contract.
Job Description:
- Manage relationship and ensure compliance
- Responsible for delivering learning solutions
- Contribute to the design development, measurement, and administration of learning solution
- Responsible for updating and enhancing existing learning solutions
- Participate in the delivery of projects to meet skills development requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric
- Education, Training and Development Qualification (Level 5)
- Three years experience as Learning and Development Consultant or similar
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Willing to commit to a three month contract
- Criminal and Credit Clear
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: R50,000.00 - R54,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
