Location: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai

Nivoda’s growth has more than tripled in the last 12 months.  We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Office Executive to join our team and support us in all Front Office activities.

What you'll do:

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary.
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets.
  • Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, dispatch etc.)
  • Should be well versed with EPABX, Printer, Scanner, Fax Machine
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
  • Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks (If required any)
  • Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed other admin work.
  • Making Travel & stay arrangements (Train, Flight/ Bus and Hotel) online.
  • Facilitating the passenger(s) travel requirement.
  • Should be willing to work in fast phased atmosphere.
  • Good in communication (English and Hindi language.

What you'll need:

  • Should be fluent in English with 1- 3 years of experience as receptionist/front office
  • Self-confidence, motivation, and tenacity
  • Ability to enhance organizational performance
  • Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Any Graduate with good communication skill
  • Smart personality with excellent Telephone Etiquette's
  • Should be well versed with basic computer skills like MS Office
  • Should have prior experience in handling front office and admin work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
