Requirement:
Practicing member of one of the following professional institutions
(1) The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors(Building Surveying Division);
(2) The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors(Building Surveying Division);
(3) The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
(4) The Royal Institution of British Architects;
(5) The Institute of Civil Engineers;
(6) The Institution of Structural Engineers;
(7) The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers(Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines);
(8) The Hong Kong Institution Of Engineers(Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Disciplines)
Min. 5 yrs' post qualification experience in which at least 3 years shall be in buliding maintenance in HK and preferably with experience in Estate Maintenance.
