Duties:
- Liaise with the company-approved courier services to ensure that the waybill or trip sheet reflects the contents of the delivery accurately
- Liaise with the company-approved security services to verify that the goods received correspond with the waybill or trip sheet
- Receive and deal with customer queries as to whether goods were received by customers and investigate problems
- Provide feedback to the customers on the status of their query or complaint
- Liaise with service providers i.e. delivery trucks as to the delivery time and reason for delays or non-delivery
- Establish and distribute proof of delivery to the various branches as per request
- Liaise with Customer Management, buyers, order clerks, credit department, stock controller on issues relating to customer service
- Log queries received on (CRM) as soon as they occur.
- Collect suitcases which travel to branches overnight. Distribute the contents to applicable parties on a daily basis
- Comply with OHS ACT
