Job Description
- Be the main focal point to bridge communication between the various external and internal counterparts (e.g. group departments, doctors and clinic staff) to ensure all business requirements are met
- Perform frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling and stock-taking.
- Follow up closely with claims on the third party insurance and Medisave, to ensure that all claims has been approved and credited to the clinic.
- Ensure Letter of Certificate is entered correctly into Plato and billed to the correct service provider.
- Provide assistance to Doctor when required.
- Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.
- To ensure all preventive maintenance of the machines are up to date and all medications and consumables are within the par level.
- Ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system.
- Ensure a high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with minimally 5-6 years of related healthcare experience .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure.
- Proficient with MS
