An International growing company Insoft IT are looking for an industry-experienced and confident Online Bidder who will use all the Freelance Platforms and marketing platforms to engage with new clients. On every successful sale we will award the individual a hefty commission.
(ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO WORK ON COMMISSION BASIS)
- Candidates having working experience of minimum 1-2 years on bidding portals like Bark, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn and more will be preferred.
- Create Business Proposal, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
- Candidate is responsible for a bidding process as well as direct marketing under the supervision of the Digital Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Responsible for Generating Business from Freelance Bidding Portals.
- Bidding on Freelance portals on daily basis and acquiring projects and convert those projects into long term sales
- Working on both Proactive and Reactive Leads.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Bark, Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, and Others)
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal submission, Permanent Contracts and Others
- Must be good at targeted sale.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge
- Communication and Negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
