Bakery Assistant [Singapore]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the bakery team in the preparation of pastry
  • Executive and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
  • Follow proper handling and right temperature of food products
  • Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
  • Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
  • Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
  • Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • No experience applicants are welcome to apply
  • Willing to learn and have a strong passion for baking
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
