Assistant Accountant

Assistant Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis
- Help prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Perform other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years experience in an intercompany
- Experience in general accounting tasks, Reconciliation (Bank/Credit), Journal Entries
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using MS Teams, MS Office - Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and approach towards your work
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
- Willingness to learn and be trained
