Develop goals and short term/long term strategies to maximize selling and profitability- Work with the area controller to set the overall budget for the area.
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is upheld within all stores.
- Work with the area visual merchandiser to ensure all stores follow the cos visual guidelines and provide our customers with a great shopping experience.
- Work with the area HR to align HR/Team strategies with the overall business goals.
- Work with the merchandisers to ensure stock levels are appropriate to maximize selling in each store.
- Ensures that each area team member and store manager has the right knowledge to drive the business and develop their own teams while working according to the brand strategy and guidelines.
- Manages the recruitment, on boarding, training, development, and succession planning for each store manager and the area team to build retention and reduce staff turnover.
- Ensures that each store within the area has a solid store operation routine that contributes to maximizing sales, efficiency and profit.
Previous experience working as a store manager or area team member/function manager within head office, with a background in the fast fashion/retail/beauty industry- Must have experience working as a manager with staff responsibility
- Excellent English and Mandarin language skills, both verbal & written
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities
- Sales driven and result oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
- Excellent communication skills
