Responsible for financial growth (Commitment, Order (ITO), Convertible Order, CM and Convertible CM, Cash) for the Gas Power product portfolios within assigned key accounts in Turkiye. Start deal negotiations & closure with customers partnering with commercial managers, engineering, finance and legal. Develop winning strategies, to achieve order closure.

In this role, you will be expected to build C-level and C-1 level relationships with key customers, drive strong focus on commercial intensity and process simplification while identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth. The role requires leadership skills, strong knowledge of market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence key choice makers.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Account strategies and plan
  • Map the full Installed Base, ensure outage visibility, participation, and outage planning per each unit
  • Determine / create customer needs, solve business problems through consultative approach, develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for the above-mentioned financials metrics as well as targeted market penetration
  • Work closely with the Gas Power Key Account Executives and Commercial Operations team to deliver a customer-focused strategy representing Gas Power Services.
  • Integrate the technical support team, including commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering and others in the implementation of customer strategies
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through
  • Own the accuracy of orders, commitment and convertible orders forecast at the regional level
  • Support the ITR Leader in the development of region wide customer & product strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong customer mindset
  • Strong communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of the Power Generation industry
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Turkish & English

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's in Business or Engineering discipline is a plus
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly – estimated at 50% time
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals
  • Ability to influence cross-functional business teams to drive sales and growth in defined product portfolio
  • Understanding of GE’s and customer financial drivers / needs
  • Ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team and operate in a matrix organization
  • Proven sales/commercial experience in the power generation industry and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven track record of sales results
