Fixed-Term, Part-time
32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE)

We are looking to welcome a highly organised part time administrator (32 hrs/fortnight) to our service to support our Fracture Liaison Coordinator for a fixed term (until 30 June 2024). The position is part of the engAGE Community Allied Health Service.
If you have an eye for detail, are self-motivated and highly organised, have a positive can-do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to multitask and work to deadlines, and most importantly, have proficient computer skills and confidence with clerical processes and systems then we have the opportunity for you.
Duties will include maintaining and adding information to spreadsheets, collating referrals to the service, operating various databases, putting together and sending out information packages, reviewing and sorting of patient lists. You will work alongside two other administrators on the team learning elements of their role to support each other’s workloads and cover leave.
The successful applicant will have proven administrative experience, a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other programmes and be able to learn new computerised operating systems that we rely on in our organisation.
The team are a group of Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Speech Language Therapists who work in the community with the goal of supporting older people and those with long term health conditions and disabilities to maintain their independence and achieve their wellbeing goals.
