Based within the national head office in Macquarie Park, this well-known and established brand is seeking a customer service representative on a temp to perm basis starting asap! This role is all about animals, so you must be a lover of pets and comfortable to work in a pet friendly office.

The Role
- Provide exemplary customer service over messenger, social media phone, email and live chat.
- Your channels will change to provide you with variation during your day.
- Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website.
- Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders.
- Data entry into the system for orders and customer details.
Skill & Experience
- Previous experience within a customer service and/or client serving position.
- Commitment and passion for customer service.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy - Strong data entry experience.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A lover of animals!
