Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced real estate company based in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media management and marketing. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation for our real estate services.

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives. This includes content planning, scheduling, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Content creation and curation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for social media channels, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics. Curate relevant industry news, trends, and updates to share with the audience. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company's tone and values.

Community management: Monitor and engage with the company's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, clients, and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Paid advertising campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the company's website or landing pages. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting the effectiveness of social media initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for growth.

Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. Proactively propose innovative ideas and strategies to keep the company at the forefront of social media marketing in the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: ₦200,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
