What You’ll Do for Us
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participation in payment process:
Gather the documents (invoices, acts, tax invoices, etc.) and file them;
Track backup for payment from the Suppliers;
Scan document for the payment process;
Filling the data base for tracking the status of the invoices’ payment.
Reconciliation with Vendors;
Reconcile balance with Customers.
Provide necessary back up to Customers and Tax Authority if needed
Preparation of supporting documents for CCH to reinvoice expenses under MSF Contract
Interactions with Bank:
Currency control (according to local requirements)
Preparing report for the National Bank
Providing supporting documentation as requested from Bank
VAT declaration preparation:
Verification of Tax invoices received during the month.
Review the document in order to get VAT refund from the budget.
Clearing of income VAT in SAP
FOREX:
FOREX calculation
Expense reports:
Processing and handling employees’ expense reports: registration, checking (their correction, if
needed).
Control of the cash flow of the corporate cards and their in-time refilling
Controlling BTM in Concur and SAP
Monthly reconciliation between documents and SAP data.
Fixed assets:
Managing all the procedures, connected with company’s fixed assets: preparing acts of setting into operation, depreciation data tables (for local tax accounting), amortization of fixed assets, FA physical count, filing the documents which are related to FA;
Inventory;
Preparing any kind of data for the authorities, connected with fixed assets.
Assisting Chief Accountant with ad hock tasks:
Interaction with the authorities: preparing letters to the Tax Authorities, Pension Fund, National Bank of Ukraine, etc.; preparing additional documents that go with the official letter;
Any other assistance that is required for maintaining the daily activity, such as consulting the employees on any of the accounting-related questions, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting is required.
3+ years of professional experience in similar positions or similar function and experience in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and familiar with ERP systems and productivity/reporting software.
Candidate must have knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of local accounting and tax legislation is ideal.
Must possess advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with Local GAAP regulations.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
