Main Purpose of Role:
Provide end to end Workplace Services to Cu Chi factory and ensure a smooth Workplace Services are offered to employees.
Main Accountability
- Supervise and manage all operational facilities include Facilities Management, Travel, Meeting, Event, Fleet, catering, cleaning, security.
- Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third-party service provider or in house by Unilever.
- Manage the third- party service provider with audit and KPI reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers in building/ office renovation projects.
- Initiate programs making Unilever the best place to work.
- Develop policies, procedures, work instructions relating to services operations.
- Ensure all budgets are fully in line with targets and growth objectives are achieved in full.
- Drive cost saving effort ensuring yearly target is achieved.
- Manage multiple building projects (including sustainable projects) such as refurbishments, dilapidations, and office move.
- The position is required to work in CC daily.
Experience Required:
- University degree
- Background in Service Operations (+5 years experience), preferably in an Integrated Facilities Management capacity.
- Experience in managing third party service providers.
- Experience in managing building projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
- Excellent customer services.
- Strong ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Good command of English.
