Web & Digital Channels Manager (m/f/d)

As Web & Digital Channels Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the business unit’s digital strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will be responsible to maximize our customers’ experience on digital communication channels and help to develop the tools and capabilities needed. You will oversee the development and maintenance of digital channels for the Business Unit Vaccines and will work in a cross-functional team to optimize digital channels to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating within a cross-functional team to define website/applications objectives, developing user-centric designs, and ensuring an optimal user experience
  • Creating innovative solutions based on the business unit’s need and strategic guidelines, defining technical requirements and drive implementation
  • Overseeing website updates, maintaining and managing partnerships to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify areas for website optimization and recommend improvements
  • Optimizing digital channels by running experiments and A/B tests or using instant feedback tools, surveys, or other data
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback received through digital channels in a timely, compliant, and professional manner
  • Implementing data-driven strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention and leverage best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/Communication/Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in web management and new marketing technologies
  • Track-record in designing, implementing, and managing websites & applications; understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in web content management system (CMS), digital analytics tools (GA4) and basic programming skills (WP, HTML5, JavaScript)
  • Experience in digital platform development based on UX/UI aspects (e.g., using A/B testing, experiments, tools such as Hotjar) and in marketing automation platforms
  • Proven analytics skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong project and change management skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills required
  • Fluent in German and English

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 56.900,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
