Job Overview
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for a mix of operational and HR-related tasks. This role will involve ensuring that all department work is being controlled and completed efficiently, as well as hiring new talent as needed. The ability to automate processes and create efficient systems for different roles (freelancers, graphic designers, etc.) is a crucial aspect of this position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative functions of the social media department.
- Monitor and control task completion within the team.
- Hiring and onboarding new team members as required.
- Implement automation and develop workflows for different roles.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the operational efficiency of the department.
- Create and manage a filtering system for different roles (Art and Graphic Designers, Admin/HR roles).
Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role is preferred.
- Experience in a social media-related role would be a plus.
- Experience in hiring and HR processes is also a plus.
- Familiarity with project management and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement automation processes.
- Proficiency in creating efficient workflows and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
