1)Functional Experience : Candidate must known the basic functional
knowledge of (Sales,Purchase, Production, Finance) of any Erp system.
2)SQL Technical knowledge : Candidate must known the basic technical
knowledge of Sql where he able to write SQL queries in the sql .
3)Soft Skills :- Candidate should have soft skills so he should have
experience of how to handle the client through telephonic support.
