We are a renowned brand in the transportation sector, conveniently located near Westgate. When you join our team, you won't have to worry about city parking expenses or coordinating public transport!
This role is after someone that is available to start immediately and expected to last approximately six weeks, with potential for extension depending on project timelines.
Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join us for a temporary role, providing additional support for a high-volume recruitment and onboarding project. With our recent influx of new hires, we need someone who can ensure all the boxes are ticked and assist with the administrative and coordination aspects of the hiring process.
Responsibilities include:
- Verify and process various documents.
- Coordinate interviews and appointments.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Manage applicant data and information.
- Provide general administrative support to managers.
- Immediately available to start in the role
- Keen to start a temporary role for approximately 6 weeks (potential to extend alongside the project)
- Prior recruitment experience or exposure preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Able to commute and work in West Auckland
