Job Description
- The Project coordinator / Agile Project Management officer comprehensively has to deliver a business operational support for an international Agile organization (HUBs).
- Provides general support for the work of the Manager and the HUB (professional area), independently performs partial Hub/Portfolio tasks. Is a member of the management team in small and medium-sized international projects.
- Performs HUB-specific organizational tasks, prepares summaries, reports, presentations and decision-making materials.
- Performs coordinating, monitoring activities following the instructions of the Manager ( BO IT).
- Takes part in the planning and execution of small and medium-size events and their referring organizational to do.
- Develops and controls HUB administration, and documentation, prepares agenda for discussions, monitors the execution of tasks, notifies deviations from the plan.
- Organizes, prepares and documents meetings.
- Organizes, prepares and documents Lessons Learned/Retro meetings.
- Document management (document projects in Jira)
- Help the on-boarding process of the colleagues
