Monitor the status of orders placed on Noon and Amazon e-commerce platforms.

Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders.

Resolve any issues related to order delivery, such as damaged or lost packages.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Update the inventory management system to reflect the status of orders.

Collaborate with the customer service team to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of all orders and related activities.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline the order follow-up process.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to order management and customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce order management or logistics.

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Noon and Amazon.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary : 3000-5000 AED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
