The Role
This is a fun support role where you can put your real estate software knowledge to use. Main tasks will include:
- First point of contact for inbound support enquiries (phone, email and chat)
- Provide and talk through resolutions to queries / problem-solve
- Direct elevated matters to internal departments when needed
- Database management & keep notes on conversations
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on systems improvement ideas
The requirements
You will enjoy working in a high-vibe, customer-centric environment, where the entire team is engaged in elevating the role of a Property Manager and helping them create efficiencies through ‘best use’ of the system. Also:
- Ideally you’ll have a background in property management / trust accounting or leasing
- Previous experience on a help-desk or supporting with cloud-based software will be viewed favourably
- Be a good communicator (verbal and written) and comfortable on the phone
- Have a natural willingness towards customer service
- Able to travel into the city at least 2 – 3 days / week
