MISSION:
In line with the Global & Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating the in country key projects driving growth for biosimilar and hospital portfolio products in Belgium through innovation and patient/customer focus.
This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans together with brand managers for a strong customer experience whilst creating sustainable value, incorporating strong financial management skills & accountability for the local promotional budget.

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project excellence
- Drive the implementation of the key marketing projects. Implement new services and projects towards customers.
- Support the field team with up to date information & efficiently implement field projects with the Product Specialists and KAM’s.
Customer Centricity
- Support the implementation of local events & congresses
- Implement the sponsorship requests
- Coordinate the contract management for the team
- Establish and maintain an excellent network & relationships
- Support the team with the promotional materials
Budget responsibility
- Together with the Therapy Area Leads, coordinate the A&P and PO’s
- Accountable for the planning of budgets for the projects on behalf of the team
- Implementation of marketing activities and events according to budget and plans
- Smart investment (budget) allocations
Leadership
- Support in-country cross functional team, including coordinating the activities of members of the team as appropriate in order to achieve success

Minimum requirements
COMPETENCIES:
- University degree - scientific background or equivalent by experience
- Interest in marketing and healthcare or pharmaceutical business
- Preferably experience in Sandoz portfolio
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Excellent IT skills
