Algorithmics Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Manager, experienced leader (Manager Level 3+ years) in B2C and B2B sales management, project development, training/coaching, and setting up effective commercial operations, to join our team in Jakarta in June (it’s possible to work remotely).
What you will do at this role:
- Setting up the Sales Process of the company including, but not limited to, sales operations, incentive schemes, team structure, workflows and systems.
- Recruiting and managing top talent to develop a winning sales team.
- Being responsible for the achievement of Targets set by the company including, but not limited to, Cash-in, Enrolments and Conversion Rates.
- Developing a long-term sales strategy for the Indonesia market that includes both offline and online programs and has a national footprint.
- Working effectively as part of a larger team to ensure both short-term and long-term commercial and academic objectives are achieved.
- Reporting to the CEO and Global Headquarters on both quantitative and qualitative results as part of the aforementioned responsibilities.
We expect that you:
- At least 3 years in a Sales Management or similar role.
- English Proficiency (Advanced)
- Fluent in Bahasa (other Indonesian languages is a bonus)
- Experience working in the education field is preferred (particularly children’s education)
- Strong leadership, training/coaching and presentation skills are required.
