A bar & restaurant in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barman (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve beverages to customers
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and coffee
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Barman or in a similar role
- Experience in making cocktails
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Proactive, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Familiar with alcohol and non alcohol beverages such as coffee and fresh juice
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
