Role description:
Business Segment Proposition Manager has overall accountability for developing and executing go to market strategy for business market segments, including proposition development and customer base management, tactical and long term market execution and budget management.
What will you do here:
- Monitor the performance of the B2B segment portfolio, drive commercial actions to meet or outperform business targets
- Drive proposition/product penetration and ARPU with supporting tactical campaigns
- Prepare governance documentation and build business cases
- Align segment initiatives with company strategic themes, differentiation strategy, brand and commercial priorities across all business segments (Corporate, SME, SOHO)
- Collect rich insights and drive active portfolio and lifecycle management of segment propositions
- Make sure that customer inflow and outflow volume and mix is in line with overall strategy through designing and driving customer acquisition campaigns
- Work with CVM team to develop appropriate base management campaigns and to drive customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Develop new differentiated voice and data propositions and value added ICT products against a robust roadmap with consideration of customer needs
- Specify terms & conditions descriptions to brief Marketing Communications team on the proposition (target customers, features, key selling points and message)
- Lead proposition/product knowledge and training through the entire Business organization to ensure all customer-facing staff are fully trained to accurately explain product features and benefits (strong cooperation with Product and Business Development teams)
- Support company cross-functional projects as required based on company strategy and priorities
- Lead and manage the team capabilities & resources ensuring that they have clear priorities and direction

What knowledge and skills do we expect:
- Language knowledge: fluent English and native Czech
- Experience in relevant position: 3+
- Strong commercial skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills and focus
- Marketing management experience in Banking, FMCG, Telco
