Trade Assist are looking for admin savvy individual to work with our client based in Dunedin. The role consists of full-time hours worked across Monday to Friday. This role would suit a down to earth individual who has experience doing administrative duties and a knack for customer service.
About the role:
The day to day will consist of admin and sales utilising your admin and customer service skills. You also will not be afraid to help the stockroom team if they need an extra hand during busy times. But mostly your role will mainly consist of:
- Carrying out admin duties
- Answering the phone and taking orders where needed
- Responding to any queries customers may have
Apart from having a positive work ethic, a great level of independence, and leadership skills you will have:
- A current Clean drivers’ licence
- Experience carrying out Administrative duties
- Computer savvy
- Forklift cert or endorsement advantageous but not required
- $27 per hour
- Monday to Friday hours
- Weekly Pay
