Your mainly activities will be:
Managing the warehousing activities of the Control & ON/OFF valves industry in Dammam 2nd Industrial City.
Additionally, your activities include:
- Comply with Valmet safety standards & ensure the safety of the team working around.
- Preparing Goods Receipt Note for the incoming goods. Ensures physical receipt with the corresponding documents.
- Making identification and storing the materials in the respective storage location and allocating storage location for new items.
- Ensure on-time material releasing to production based on the production plan.
- Manage & maintain packaging safety stock for a smooth running.
- Manage on-time shipping with respect to Customer Request Dates
- Arranging local transports in between factory and customers sites.
- Shipments follow ups & PODs collections.
- Ensure on-time & accurate ERP transactions.
- Maximum utilizing / Pre-planning of contract labors based on the demand inputs.
- Maximum utilizing of internal warehouse area / Planning for future requirements.
- Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean condition. Apply the 5S rules in the workplace.
- Responsible for the maintenance of warehouse tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Update warehouse / logistics related issues on daily toolbox talk.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful in the role:
- Relevant educational background such as diploma in administration or instrumentation/mechanical engineering technologies.
- Experience in Aramco Portal is a plus.
- Exporting process & COO issuance is a plus.
- Importing Overseas materials to Factory & SABER Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in different operations situations and in different cultural environments.
- Passion for delivering best results and for collaborating with your colleagues.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are plus.
