Process Owner Support [Portugal]


 

Job Description:

We are now looking for a Process Owner Support for Airbus GBS team.

Responsibilities - your mission

  • Quarterly Process Review Meeting, Monthly meeting with Process Management Team, preparation and performance, preparation, performance and MoM

  • Drumbeat of process action plan

  • Master Industrial Quality register and Industrial Quality tool database consistency follow-up, continuously cleaning & maintenance and temporary Authorization (TA) status follow-up

  • Support on specific topics linked to process optimisation of finding closure (Key Process Parameter, Outstanding Work for ex.) + New Key Performance Indicators follow-up

  • Synchronization between Process governance routines and monthly bilateral review activities

  • Action tracking management ans Industrial Quality register follow-up: track gap and POM Rep up to gap closure

  • Ensure consistency of G-site content with procedural referential and support for procedural documentation update

  • Update of governance documentation and monthly routine to track process instruction evolution (up-issue)

  • Update of virtual training

  • Process optimisation & improvement topics to develop, implement (example: archiving, support to site in case of escalation, training and development)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations ref EN 9100

  • Fluent English, French/German would be a plus

  • Project Management skills

  • Experience in Quality and/or Mauf. Engineering, Production would be a plus

  • Able to work autonomous

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Strength in communication

  • Knowledge of Problem Solving methods

  • Knowledge in Risk & Ops management

  • Able to work in a multicultural team environment

  • Able to perform regular Business Trips (mainly Toulouse/France) but as well to all Production sites where Process are performed
