We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage our car-sharing operations in Berlin.
You will be working closely with the Operations team, Country Manager and HQ teams where your work will drive business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

Your daily adventures will include:

- <point>Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team through the stages of vehicle deployment, rebalancing, collection, and maintenance.</point>
- <point>Analysing data – you will monitor our city operations metrics to ensure marketplace balance in core demand areas, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point>
- <point>Reviewing customer feedback reports.</point>
- <point>Customer compliance management and managing incoming fines. </point>
- <point>Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drives growth and efficiency.</point>

What we are looking for:

- <point>You have 2+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position.</point>
- <point>Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German.</point>
- <point>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.</point>
- <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.</point>
- <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
- <point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment.</point>
- <point>A team player who is conscious about his/her methods of communication and both his/her own and the team's performance.<point>
