Operational Assistant [Saudi Arabia]


 

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Technical Director to oversee daily business operations.
  • Provide support to the Technical Director as and when required.
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase Operational performance.
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Assistance on budgeting for the department.
  • Assist HO for EMS and FOD plan and its sustainability.
  • Coordinate with HO to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
  • Support the HO in managing and resolving Administrative/operational issues.
  • Work with HO to provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in customer meetings and follow up on corrective actions as required.
  • Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
  • Perform general office administrative duties.
  • Carry out any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the MRTT Technical Director
