What part will you play?
- Offer the customer specific design projects, technical support to factory operations about Medium Voltage Air Insulated Switchgears
- Act as part of a Lead factory, you will technically support to factory operations about Medium Voltage Air Insulated Switchgears
- As Team Leader of Design to Order Bidding Team, you will lead, motivate and develop your team
- Follow-up of the mechanical design bidding process
- Organize your team executing special customer design offers
- Being a part of DTO to Standard activities, approver authorization to all Gebze made offer items
- Giving technical support to sales/after sales departments
- Organizing offer-to-order handover process on Mechanical Bidding Side and after factory transfer
What you need to make real what matters.
- Bachelor degree in the area of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of medium-voltage switchgear technology
- Knowledge in digitalization and monitoring are of advantage
- NXAIR Certificate which is given by Frankfurt AIS MV R&D is a condition! Applicant must declare that paper
- Flexibility to handle different and sometimes fast changing tasks, capability to communicate and work in a global team, persistence to fulfill tasks within a global network and intercultural sensibility. We expect commitment to effectiveness and delivering quality
- Turkish & English fluently in speaking and writing is a must
- Strong communication skill
