Responsibilities - your mission

The jobholder acts as focal point for major affiliates such as Airbus Atlantic and Aerostructure in the central Supplier Master Data Governance and Management team for all supplier master data related topics. The jobholder has to manage a complex stakeholder landscape across several functions to ensure a mature data management service to achieve satisfaction, compliance and efficiency. The jobholder has to initiate, drive and contribute to transversal project activities in order to improve data processes and quality while using digital solutions as appropriate. In the context of the cross divisional service and support function the jobholder has to cooperate pro-active and agile with the team members to ensure high quality of the Supplier Master Data Service

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Deploy and monitor supplier master data service level agreements with affiliates
  • Manage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of services
  • Manage stakeholder relationship with multiple functions such as Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, SC Quality and operate regular management board meetings
  • Lead transversal improvement project initiatives in data processing and quality
  • Manage awareness sessions with stakeholders regarding supplier master data
  • Manage cleaning campaigns on supplier master data
  • Manage synergy initiatives on data management between divisions
  • Acts as a focal point and functional expert for all vendor master data topics in your affiliates scope (here: Atlantic and Aerostructure)
  • Contribute to digital P strategic projects, to the implementation of the data strategy and digital transformation
  • This role sometimes involves business travel and you must be able to travel accordingly.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Data analytics and data architecture knowledge
  • Strong experience in projects management with classic methodology and Agile
  • High level of communication, ability to convey clear messages in written and spoken to diverse audiences including management
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Team player in a multinational and cross-divisional team
  • Analytical and open to new ways of working
  • Demonstrated affinity to digital solutions and working with IM teams
  • english fluent / negotiation level in written and spoken. A second language (french, german, spanish) is a plus
  • Procurement experience is a benefit
