Al Aroosa Restaurant LLC is looking for a Food Delivery / 3No License Driver to join our team in Dubai. The Food Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and cleaning.
- Ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations, as well as safe and responsible driving practices.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driver's license and 3No license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivery or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and landmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members at all levels.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
