This role serves to support the organization's growth within the SEA region through the planning, organizing and execution of events, ensuring a smooth running of executive development programs. This includes supporting participants, the director and internal & external suppliers, throughout the whole program delivery cycle. Additionally, this person will help organize local and overseas events
Adecco is partnering with a global educational institute, providing one of the top executive educational courses and experience, and they are looking for an Events/Program Coordinator to join their team to support their regional growth!
This role will be working closely with the team in planning, developing and executing programs targeted towards C-Suite levels, and will involve occasional regional travelling to APAC countries for overseas/regional programs!
The Job:
- Program Coordination
- Works with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create program schedule and materials
- Handles administrative tasks such as organising company visits, meetings and support to guest speakers and prepares program budgets
- Provide support to subject matter experts and participants throughout the event
- Event Coordiantion and Administrative Support
- Opportunity to take charge of organizing events as and when appointed
- Carries out general administrative support on ad hoc basis
The Talent:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field
- Prior events management experience in the events/hotel is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to handle clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage diverse tasks in a timely fashion
- ABle to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
