Job Description: Lead a team of Jr. engineers, Engineers & trainees. Including periodic performance assessment & reporting.
- Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.
- Control process rejection/rework rate.
- Analysis of rejection losses & process losses.
- Responsible for checking of Process audits and Process analysis to be done on time.
- Implement & document kaizen initiatives with the involvement of Jr. Engineer &
Production team member.
- Making sure that customer requirements critical to quality are consistently met during process.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving module traceability data. (including module & raw material data).
- Responsible for managing OJT activity at shop floor.
- Responsible for developing and updating SOP, WI & OCAP for process at shop floor.
- Responsible for maintaining process defect root cause analysis and process improvement.
- 6'S implementation at shop floor/work area.
- Monthly monitoring the quality Rating
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure quality
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection system
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities and Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Motivate and lead the team for continuous improvement in the quality process
- Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the
Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product
quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
