Job Title - Data Analyst
Location - Lagos
Job Summary:
The Ideal Professional is expected to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. This includes conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Monitor key performance indicators and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensuring the organization’s internal controls are documented appropriately and effectively.
- Interpreting data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Support in the design, construction and implementation of appropriate analytical processes which support business objectives.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Liaise with business teams to understand their data requirements and provide them with actionable insights and reports.
- Competently handle large datasets, sifting for patterns and trends and translate those insights into technical rules and solutions.
- Maintaining report on service uptime and performance.
- Analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, information management technology or related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong knowledge and experience with tools like Tableau PowerBI
- Knowledge and experience with SQL and Python.
