Assistant Manager Sales [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for Assistant Manager Sales for our leading Packaging Industry Client located at Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
· Manage the sales team, provide leadership and guidance, and ensure they achieve their sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing customers.
· Manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotions to support the sales team.
· Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
· Conduct analyses of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop and monitor sales metrics to evaluate sales performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
· Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of CRM software and sales metrics.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of the packaging industry and market trends.

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
