Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
- Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Updating customer information in the database and ensuring its accuracy.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.
- Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to handle calls effectively.
- Meeting performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age and above
- At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
- Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP
- Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
- Candidate must NOT be a former Teleperformance employee
- No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
- Available to start ASAP
- Work At Home Requirements:
- Minimum upload speed of 30 MBPS
- Minimum download speed of 30 MBPS
- Wired connection from modem/router to PC
- Conducive workspace away from distractions
- Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
